Co-Oping at Tower Hill
We’re So Happy You’ll Be Joining Us To Co-Op In Our Classrooms!
All families are expected to co-op 8 times per school year.
A sign-up genius is sent out in August when class assignments go out. We ask that those with more flexibility in their schedule allow others to sign up first.
Please sign in at the office before heading to class.
It is customary for the co-op parent to bring in a healthy snack (veggies/fruit) for the class. Please keep all classroom allergies in mind when choosing the snack.
Should you need childcare for a younger sibling while you co-op you must sign up for Sibling Care by 12 noon on the Thursday prior to needing care. Sign-ups for Sibling Care are done via our Acuity scheduler.
If something comes up and you cannot make your scheduled co-op date please let the office know as early as possible so the teacher can adjust accordingly.
Most importantly, we’re a preschool and our friends are just learning both how to be a good student and a good friend. They ALL have good days and bad days. Any behaviors that you notice, we guarantee we are already aware of and working with the child and family to correct.
If you have concerns, those concerns should be taken directly to the teacher or School Director. What you see in class should not be repeated or discussed with other parents in the class. Confidentiality is our rule and we expect that all those co-oping will follow that rule.
Please take pictures while you are co-oping and either airdrop to the school ipad prior to leaving or email them to Mrs. Fisher.
Remember, you are there to help students and teachers. We ask that you remain present and and truly become a part of the lives of all the children in the class.
In line with the two above, please be sure to only use your phone to take pics and in case of emergencies. If you need to take a call, please step into the hallway.
